A103 Computer Lab and Plotter Printer

The A103 Computer Lab is located in the cloisters underneath the ADS and provides students with access to Microsoft Windows computers which have standard architectural and construction management software installed. Sometimes there are classes booked in the Computer Lab, in which case you will need to wait until the room is free.

Currently, the plotter printers are also located in A103.

For access to both the A103 Computer Lab and the plotter printers you will need to have completed the same CESE Work Health and Safety induction that is required for access to the ADS. Once you have completed the induction you can apply for access to A103 in the same way that you applied for access to the ADS.

• Once you have enrolled you can enter the CESE Work Health and Safety induction page on your CANVAS dashboard.

• Select the ‘A103 Computer Lab Induction’ module and complete the steps.

• After the ‘quiz complete’ page, the next page will have a Microsoft sign in - sign in with your UoN login details.

• Follow the prompts to request access and choose ‘A103’ from the dropdown menu. In the academic approver section, please select ‘Ethan Smith’.

• Request access!

• Once your access has been granted you can enter A103 with your Student ID card.
